All shipments remain at the pickup point for 7 days and are then automatically returned to us. If a package is returned to us, we will always credit you. If you wish to receive the item, you must place a new order.

PLEASE NOTE that for packages that are not collected at the collection point, we will charge you for the shipping costs (outbound and return) as well as handling fees.
