How do I track my order?

  • As soon as your order has been packed and sent out of our system, you will receive a delivery confirmation with tracking information sent to your email.

    There you will be able to follow your package from our warehouse to the delivery point or to your home address, depending on which delivery method you have chosen.
    ATTENTION! It can take up to 24h before the tracking is updated!

    You will not be able to track packages that are sent directly to our stores, then you will only receive a delivery confirmation email and an SMS when the package is available for pick up. 

    If you have not received a delivery confirmation email in your regular inbox, please check your spam-folder.
