Sometimes things go wrong, but it's super easy to make a return on one or more products with us. how does a return work?

* If a returnlabel did not arrive with the package. Contact [email protected] in order to recieve the returnlabel.
*You will have to use a retrunlabel created by us, otherwise we have no control over the package if it would disappear during the transit. 
* Fill out the return slip on the back of the order slip with the order number, article number, and reason for return.
* Put the product in its original packaging and pack it in a protective box/bag together with the return slip.
* Attach the return shipping label and drop it off at the nearest pick-up point. The invoice or refund will be adjusted when we receive and process your return. Please note! If you have paid by invoice, the main invoice will be specified with the purchase amount minus the cost of return shipping.

How do i return a bulky product or a product with home delivery?
If you have ordered a product with home delivery, customer service will issue the return slip for you. Send an email marked "Return home delivery" to [email protected] and provide us with the following information:
* Order number
* Article number and reason for return per article (see below)
* Too small in size
* Too big in size
* Does not meet expectations
* Other reason (write in the email)

After that, we will contact you with further instructions.

The invoice or refund will be adjusted when we receive and process your return.
