What applies to the complaint of a product?

  • If a product deviates from what follows from the agreement between you and us or in any other way does not correspond to the description of the product that we have provided, the product can be complained about. Only original defects are covered by the right to complain, for example, normal wear and tear is not covered by the right to complain. Complaint to us must be made within a reasonable time, but no later than within two months.

    Always contact customer service first when making a complaint to get it approved. If you send back a complaint before consulting with us and it is not an approved complaint, you will be charged as a regular return.
