Can I change the phone number or delivery address on my order?

  • If you have entered the wrong phone number and cannot receive any sms notification? No problem! You can often pick up or have your package delivered anyway. Wait for your email with the tracking number of your order from us (we send this out when your package is packed). Search for the tracking number on Bring or DHL to track your package (please note that it may take up to 24 hours before it can be traced from when it is sent). Bring the tracking number and your identification and pick it up when it arrives at your agent.

    If you have entered the wrong address? You can only change the delivery address if your order has not been processed, that is, if you have not received our email that your order has been packed. This can only be done by writing to our support, on [email protected]

    If your order has been packed and shipped from our warehouse, it's no longer possible to change the adress.
    The package will go in return to us and you will reiceve an refund within 14 days once we recieve the package. Then you will have to place an new order on the website with the right adress.
