If you choose not to pick up your package or if you're not home when the delivery driver arrives, a fee will be applied. This fee will be automatically deducted from your refund and does not need to be paid separately. If the total amount of your order is under 30 EUR, no refund will be issued once we have received the return.

The fee for an uncollected package is the same as the return fee, which is 30 EUR.
