When a product is out of stock, it will be removed and will not appear as available on the website.  
If the product is temporarily out of stock, an estimated restock date will be shown.  

You can also press "Notify me" on the product on the website to receive an email notification when it is back in stock.  

If no restock information is provided, unfortunately, it's something we at customer service cannot answer either.
