When will I receive my invoice?

  • The invoice for your order is always sent out once the goods leave our warehouse. It will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase. You can easily pay the invoice by logging into Klarna och Paypal's portal, either through their website or their mobile app.

    If you have not received the invoice, or if you suspect that you entered the wrong email address during the order process, please contact our customer service via email. Our customer service team will assist you further with the matter.
