Can I change the payment method after placing an order?

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the payment method once an order has been placed. If you wish to change the payment method, please contact our customer service via email, and we will look into the possibility of canceling your order.

    If your order has already been processed at our warehouse, which may also occur during weekends, we will not be able to assist with changing the payment method. In this case, you will need to receive the package and return it to us, after which you can place a new order.
