Missing one or more products from my delivery

  • If one or more products are missing from your order, there is no need to worry.

    We work closely with our partner stores, and some items are picked directly from store inventories. Since our stores may be located in different cities, these products are shipped directly to you from the store, rather than first being sent to our central warehouse. This is done to minimize environmental impact and shorten delivery times.

    Once your second package is ready for pickup, you will receive an SMS with details on where you can collect it.

    If you have not received any information after a few days, please feel free to contact our customer service, and we will look into the matter further.
