My package arrived broken

If your package has been damaged during delivery, it is important that you receive the package anyway and document the damage immediately!
Take a photo and send it to our support at [email protected] so that we can together prove to our shipping company when the damage occurred.
Then you open the package and check if the item/s you ordered is undamaged.
If the item/items are damaged, please contact us and we will assist you!
Remember to report a shipping damage to us immediately after you recieved the package.
If we have not recieved this information within 5 business days from the date you reiceved the order, it will be harder for us to approve the complaint!
