We process all returns as quickly as possible, but during high season and holidays, it may take a few more days than expected.
We reserve up to 14 days to handle returns from the day we receive them. It's very rare for us to take that long, but during peak seasons and sale periods, it may take a little extra time.
Our goal is to handle all returns within 3 business days once they arrive, but some days we receive a large number of packages.

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and we have gone through it, we will register a credit for your purchase amount.
