If you have returned an order to us, we will handle the return as fast as we can.
This usually takes no longer than 14 days.
Once we have recieved and handle the retrn, you will have an refund within 1-3 business days.

If your money still haven't received within 14 days, please get in touch with our support on [email protected] and they will take an further look into the matter! 

Please note that for packages that are not collected at the pick-up point, we will charge you for the shipping costs (both ways) as well as handling fees.
