Can I add to or change my order?

  • If you want to change a product, contact our customer service at [email protected] and see if this is possible. Unfortunately, it is not possible to add products to an already placed order.
    If your order has already been picked from our warehouse, it is no longer possible to change, add or cancel an order.

    Do you need to change your phone number or delivery address? You can only change this if the order has not been handled in the warehouse. You do this by sending an email to our customer service, [email protected] 

    Have you entered the wrong phone number and can't receive a notification by SMS? No problem! Often you can pick up or have your package delivered anyway. Wait for your email with the tracking number of your order from us (we will send this when your package is packed). Then search for the shipment number at Bring/DHL/Postnord to track your package (note that it can take up to 24 hours before it can be tracked from the time it is sent).
    Then take the shipment number and your ID with you and pick it up when it arrives at your agent.
