We process all returns as quickly as we can, but during busy periods it may take a few days.

We reserve a return handling time of up to 14 days from the day we receive your return. It is very rare that we have such a long handling time, but during peak season and sale periods it may take a little extra time. Our aim is to handle all returns on the same day they arrive, but some days there are large quantities of packages.

As soon as your return has arrived at our warehouse and we have had time to go through it, we will register a credit for your purchase amount. The money is credited in the same way you paid. When your return is delivered to us, it may take a couple of banking days before the money appears in your account.
