I didn't receive a returnlabel - what should I do?

When placing an order, you will no longer receive a returnlabel with your delivered package.
To return a product to us, you need to contact our customer service. Once we have received your return request, we will send you a return shipping label that you can use to return the item to us.
It is important to note that the returnlabel (to attach to the package) must be issued by us. If you use a returnlabel that was not issued by our customer service, you will be charged for double return shipping (the amount you paid at the service point and the return shipping fee we issue).
We recommend that you follow the return instructions carefully to avoid extra costs.
